Since 1998, has provided advisory services to companies from various sectors, working on the development of commercial promotions, whether or not subject to prior authorization by the relevant authorities. Also offers support in aligning these promotions with promotional and consumer laws, in addition to working in intellectual property — with particular emphasis on copyright, personality rights, tax, digital law, and trademarks, whenever related to promotions.
