Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados (Alvim Coelho Lawyers Association) was founded in 2002 by partner Marcelo Miguel Alvim Coelho, aiming at providing a customized service, based on honesty, efficiency, and technical quality. The office, headquartered in São Paulo, has nationwide operation in consultative and litigation demands, in the judicial, arbitral and administrative spheres, in the various areas of Company Law, such as: Civil, Business, Tax, Commercial, Labor, Consumer, and Administrative Law, in addition to the areas of Family Law and Law of probate and succession.

Marcelo Miguel Alvim Coelho

Lawyer, with a Master's Degree in Civil Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP and postgraduate studies in Economics and Enterprise Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo - FGV/SP. Specialized in Civil Procedural Law from PUC/SP and holds a diploma of continuing education in Business Contracts in Kind from FGV/SP, Compliance and Leadership and Personnel Management from Insper/SP. He taught the subject Civil Procedural Law for the University Extension Course at the Centro de Ensino Nossa Senhora de Fátima (Teaching Center). He founded Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados, where he works as Head of the Mediation, Compliance, and Strategic Business Preventive Consulting areas.
Rosana Maffei Abe

Lawyer, with a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP, with extension in Civil Liability and Consumer Law and executive education in Leadership and Personnel Management from Insper/SP. She works in the preventive and litigation area. She is head of the Civil, Contractual and Consumer Law areas.
Fernanda Miguel Alvim Coelho

Lawyer, postgraduate degree in Legal Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas de São Paulo - FGV-SP. Responsible for the administrative, financial, and quality control areas.
Fabio Gomes de Mattos Garcia de Oliveira

Lawyer, with a Master's Degree in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Mackenzie Presbyterian University), he is an expert in Diffuse and Collective Rights, with an emphasis on Environmental Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de (Catholic Pontifical University of) São Paulo - PUC/SP. He attended training in Mediation from Fundação Getulio Vargas de (Getúlio Vargas Foundation of) São Paulo - FGV-SP, and extensions in Arbitration (IICS/CEU), Contracts (FGV/SP) and Microeconomics (IBRAC). He is a speaker and opinion giver. Responsible for high complexity advisory and litigation.
Fausto Hiroki Yamauchi

Lawyer specialized in the areas of Real Estate Law, Labor Law, Real Rights and Contracts. He works in preventive and litigation matters in these areas. He is Head of the Labor and Real Estate areas.
