This privacy policy has been created with the commitment to ensure the security, privacy, and, where applicable, confidentiality of information and personal data received from users of the website, through the Contact Us form or any communication channel of Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados.

This privacy policy aims to clarify how information is collected and processed, as well as how Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados complies with the provisions of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13,709/2018).

Data collection through the Whistleblowing Channel may be carried out anonymously, at the user’s discretion, with no obligation to provide the name, email address, or any other identifying information of the whistleblower.

In such cases, the firm will handle the report based solely on the information provided, without access to any identifying data of the whistleblower, but only the facts reported.

Information collected through the Contact Us channel will include user identification data so that the firm can contact the user to respond to the request.

Any information submitted by users to the electronic address of Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados will be protected according to strict confidentiality standards and used only within the necessary limits, considering the purposes for which they were collected.

Personal data provided are transmitted via VPN (Virtual Private Network), which encrypts information, keeping it hidden and protected from unauthorized viewing during transmission to the local environment, where it is stored in a secure database with hierarchical access and subject to audit.

Access to received information is restricted to firm members; there is no sharing of data with third parties unrelated to Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados.

The website of Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados contains links to external websites whose privacy policies are not the responsibility of the firm.

The Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados website does not use cookies to collect personal or browsing information.

Companies contracted to provide support services to Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados must strictly follow the firm’s privacy policy.
