– ABEPRA (Brazilian Association of Inland Ports);
\n– CLIAs (Customs and Industrial Logistics Centers);
\n– Fiscal Council of SOPESP (Union of Port Operators of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo);
\n– Fiscal Council of ABTRA (Brazilian Association of Customs Terminals and Warehouses).<\/p>\n
He also served as a member of the Port Authority Council of S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o (CAP\/S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o) and the Legal Council of ABTP (Brazilian Association of Port Terminals).<\/p>\n
Actively participates in courses and events focused on professional development in Environmental, Customs, and Port Law, and provides consulting services on matters related to:<\/p>\n
maritime transport and integrated logistics contracts, special customs regimes, concessions and use of port terminals, mediation and arbitration in sector disputes, regulatory issues before ANTAQ, the Federal Revenue Service, and MAPA, as well as compliance and preventive audit programs.<\/p>\n
