Lawyer, with a Master's Degree in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Mackenzie Presbyterian University), he is an expert in Diffuse and Collective Rights, with an emphasis on Environmental Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de (Catholic Pontifical University of) São Paulo - PUC/SP. He attended training in Mediation from Fundação Getulio Vargas de (Getúlio Vargas Foundation of) São Paulo - FGV-SP, and extensions in Arbitration (IICS/CEU), Contracts (FGV/SP) and Microeconomics (IBRAC). He is a speaker and opinion giver. Responsible for high complexity advisory and litigation.

Since 1998, she has provided assistance to companies from the most diverse branches of activity: (i) in the development of commercial promotions that require or do not require prior authorization from the relevant bodies; (ii) framework in promotional and consumerist legislation; (iii) in the areas of intellectual property, in particular copyright, personality; tax; digital and trademarks when strictly linked to the intended promotion.
