Luiz Guilherme Bosisio Taddeo

Acts in the areas of Corporate, Customs, and Port Law, with over 25 years of experience in the legal and administrative spheres of medium and large companies in sectors such as logistics, transportation, bonded warehouses, port operations, food, and cold storage.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of:

– ABEPRA (Brazilian Association of Inland Ports);
– CLIAs (Customs and Industrial Logistics Centers);
– Fiscal Council of SOPESP (Union of Port Operators of the State of São Paulo);
– Fiscal Council of ABTRA (Brazilian Association of Customs Terminals and Warehouses).

He also served as a member of the Port Authority Council of São Sebastião (CAP/São Sebastião) and the Legal Council of ABTP (Brazilian Association of Port Terminals).

Actively participates in courses and events focused on professional development in Environmental, Customs, and Port Law, and provides consulting services on matters related to:

maritime transport and integrated logistics contracts, special customs regimes, concessions and use of port terminals, mediation and arbitration in sector disputes, regulatory issues before ANTAQ, the Federal Revenue Service, and MAPA, as well as compliance and preventive audit programs.

Academic Background

• Graduate degree in Corporate Law from Escola Paulista da Magistratura (EPM);
• Undergraduate Law degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU).
