Faissal Yunes Jr.

Has been a lead professor at PUC-SP since 1995, accumulating extensive experience in the area of Tax Law. Since 2018, has served as a Tax Judge at the Tax Appeals Court (TIT) and is a member of the Superior Council of Law at Fecomercio.

Has served as a Board Member at Codecon/SP and at the Tax Law Commission of OAB/SP, in addition to being a member of Ujucasp, where he contributed as a consultant to the Sub-rapporteur of the Joint Parliamentary Commission on Tax Reform (2020/2021).

He is the author of articles and book chapters and a speaker at congresses, symposiums, and courses on Tax Law specialization.
